Privacy policy

This is the honest short version, written before launch. It becomes the binding version once counsel has reviewed it. Last updated 31 August 2026.

What we collect

• Text you paste. It is sent to our servers and to our AI provider (OpenAI) once, to generate your deck. Pastes are not used to train AI models.
• Your decks and reviews. Stored so your spaced-repetition schedule works and syncs across devices.
• An account. You start anonymous. If you link an email or Apple account, we store that identifier to keep your decks yours.
• Performance telemetry. Timing measurements (for example, how long a deck took to generate) so we can keep the product fast. No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no ads.

The website demo

Text pasted into the demo on the home page is processed to generate the mini deck and is not saved to an account. Demo requests are rate-limited by IP address to keep the demo available for everyone.

What we will not do

• Sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• Use your pastes or decks to train AI models.
• Show you ads.

Deletion

Delete a deck and it is gone from our servers. Delete your account and everything goes with it. A support address for deletion requests ships with the app.
